Includes a high density foam hospital bed mattress for pressure redistribution and bed sore prevention. Measuring 80" x 36" x 6", it has a removable washable nylon cover.

Included is a pair of half rail safety guards for fall risk patients, and the easy to use hand pendant control has large buttons. The automatic hi-lo allows you to adjust the height of head and foot of the medical bed independently or simultaneously, and it includes Trendelenberg & reverse Trendelenberg positioning.

This spring deck bed is made with a welded steel split frame design and features 2 locking caster and 2 non locking casters. The frame is scratch resistant, and quiet, efficient ETL-approved DC low voltage motors provide safety and comfort.

With a weight capacity of 450 lbs, this standard width bed may also be suitable for some bariatric patients. Safety features include a recessed headspring and foot assembly to prevent pinching and possible injuries, and a 9v battery backup is available (battery not included).
